Overall, I don’t much like Thanksgiving. It was born out of something horrific and has evolved into a consumer mayhem. I do, however, like being outwardly thankful. I’m thankful for everything. I’m thankful that I have a loving place to call home. I’m thankful that I have a roof over my head. I’m thankful that we are able to serve a bountiful meal to friends and family. I don’t know why the universe decided to give me these blessings. I do not deserve them more than anyone else.

Watching Love Actually with my Mom. We were going to wait until Thanksgiving was officially over. Alas, we could not wait. I love this movie. Before this, we watched Sleepless in Seattle. After this, we’re going to watch Mamma Mia. Don’t hate. ;)
Last night was Imogen Heap. Amazing. She’s puts on a genius show. And I thought I was in love with her before I saw her live… She’s gotta be the cutest person alive. /gushing
Tomorrow, I’m cooking veg Stuffed Acorn Squash for the Thanksgiving meal. Should be a delightful day. :) Happy Thanksgiving to those of you celebrating. Happy end of the week for those of you who aren’t.
